iwconfig dient zur Anzeige und Konfiguration von WLAN Interfaces.
Was sagt iwconfig? (Der Key und die ESSID ist übrigens ein Beispiel!)

wifi0 dient einzig dem hostap-Treiber zur internen Kommunikation und wird durch den hostap konfiguriert. Ignorieren.
eth2 ist die WLAN-Karte und hat die MAC Adresse 00:44:44:AE:44:44.
eth2wds stellt den Link zum Linksys WRT54G Accesspoint her, dort ist die MAC des Linksys-Accesspoints eingetragen
restricted weisst auf die Verwendung eines WEP Keys hin. Dieser ist von allen WLAN Partnern zu nutzen.
Invalid misc sind Funkstörungen - hier durch eine Microwelle verursacht
